Rosemary Potatoes

Rosemary Potatoes

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 Tbsp. rosemary

1/4 tsp. thyme

1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together, then add cubed red potatoes (small cubes).  Stir well till potatoes are coated.  Spread out on baking sheet and place in 450 degree oven for 25 minutes.  Turn halfway.
