Pumpkin Oat Bread

1/2 c. olive oil or coconut oil

1/2 cup raw honey

1/3 cup erythritol

1/4 c. molasses

3 eggs

Beat with mixer, then add:

1/4 t. salt

1 t. baking powder

1 t. xanthan gum

1 t. cinnamon

1 t. baking soda

1/2 t. cloves

Beat with mixer, then add:

1 cup pumpkin

Beat with mixer, then add 1/2 c. tapioca flour

Stir in carefully, then add:

1/2 c. oat flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup millet

1/4 cup sorghum

Beat with mixer.

Bake in 2 bread pans at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
