Alfredo Sauce

2 cups cream

2/3 cup sour cream

Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

granulated garlic, about 1/2 tsp (to taste)

Warm, but don’t boil.

Add grated parmesan cheese, about 3 cups

Don’t boil it!  Heat it, put a lid on it and let it melt with heat off.  Warm again and serve.
